ABOUT OUR HIREAGE
Charges for Ranui Community House Room Hire
Rate = Per Hour Including GST

Main Hall (A)            $14.05                 $11.25

Lounge (D)                $ 8.45                  $ 7.30

Activity Room (C)     $ 8.45                  $ 7.30

Interview Room (B)   $ 7.30                  $ 6.20

Combined Rooms:

Main Hall/Kitchen/Lounge/Activity Interview (3) $28.15 or $24.20

Casual weekend hire minimum charge    $56.25

Market minimum charge                        $45.00          

 

Kitchen available to all hirers at no extra charge, unless requesting exclusive use.
Special arrangements can be made at the discretion of the coordinator for full weekend workshops etc
There is a $100.00 bond required for casual hirers.
All casual hire monies are to be paid in advance unless by prior arrangement with the coordinator.
Money will be taken from the bond if extra cleaning is required or heaters, lights etc left on.

RULES & REGULATIONS

BOOKINGS to be made through the coordinator (9am & 3.30pm).

All PAYMENTS are to be made in advance.

SMOKING inside the building, on outside deck and ramp is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Consumption of ALCOHOL or GAMBLING on the premises is STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHOUT A LICENCE.

NOISE is to be kept to a minimum. Consideration of other user groups and the neighbours is to be adhered to at all times. Vacating the premises promptly is requested. All music must cease at 11pm, functions must  finish at 12 midnight and premises vacated by 1am.

TOILETS are to be checked and left CLEAN and LIGHTS OUT.

CHAIRS & TABLES are to be returned to their appropriate storage areas.

KITCHEN is for the use of all groups and each group is responsible for its own mess.

  1. STOVE is to be switched off (but not mains switch on the wall).
  2. CUPS & DISHES are provided for your use, please wash & dry and return to storage areas. (Please do not remove these from the premises)
  3. NO NAPPIES in the kitchen rubbish, please take home with you.
  4. SINK & BENCH to be left clean.
  5. FLOOR swept and washed if necessary.
  6. (NOTE: All cleaning equipment is kept in the storeroom)

RUBBISH BAGS & TEA TOWELS are for the day to day use of the Centre. Larger groups are asked to bring own rubbish bags (and remove) and tea towels.

TEA & COFFEE are provided for your convenience; please leave a donation of 20c per person. You may alternatively supply your own. Weekend users are asked to bring their own.

LIGHTS, HEATERS AND AIR-CONDITIONING must be turned off and WINDOWS must be checked and secured when leaving.

The FLOORS must be vacuumed. Any mess will be cleaned at the user group’s expense.
Vacuum cleaner kept in storage cupboard.
The FOYER swept and washed if necessary.

The ALARM must be deactivated and set as per instructions. Any Security callout is at the expense of the user. 

FAILURE of any user group to ABIDE BY THE RULES may have their hire agreement
      terminated and their bond withheld at the discretion of the Management Committee.

GROUP NUMBERS – All groups are required to record numbers attending their group on the  form provided. (See notice board in passageway). This is for our funding statistic information.

         Children must be supervised and have an adult with them at all times
