Our Pilates classes are aimed at the “Pilates Principals" to condition the entire body: Proper alignment, centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing and flowing movement.
This is an enjoyable class for anybody that is wanting to tone up and feel like giving their body a challenge!
Natalie Haynes is the tutor for this class, and has been teaching Aerobics and Dance here at the Community House for the past 4 years. She has now added Pilates to her areas of expertise.
