Our ESOL classes at the Community House are hugely popular. Run
on Monday morning and afternoon, Wednesday morning and an ESOL playgroup
on Thursday morning.Our classes are a friendly, fun, great way to
learn English.

ESOL Monday classes
Morning 9.30am-11.30am
Afternoon 12.30pm-2.30pm
Elementary – Pre Intermediate class where we cover basic grammar and conversation. Our topics are based around living in NZ. The aim of this class is to help learners with day to day English in New Zealand. This same class is repeated in the afternoon.
ESOL Wednesday class
Intermediate class. This class builds on the English that learners already have. The level of English is slightly higher and assumes a basic knowledge of grammar and some conversational skills.
Thursday ESOL Playgroup
9.30-11.30am
ESOL Playgroup is designed to be a family oriented class, bring your pre-schoolers and enjoy English conversation in a relaxed friendly atmosphere.
